As young adults living abroad in Norway we fell in love both with each other, and with the culture of this beautiful, cold, yet cozy country. It was there we experienced “Fika.”

Although a Swedish term, it is a value Scandinavians hold to take a moment to connect over a cup of coffee & a light snack. After some years in Europe we moved back with an idea to bring Fika to Hawaii.

With over 20 years in food & beverage and woodworking experience, we created Fika Coffee cart. A way to blend the aloha spirit with Fika vibes to any event, anywhere.
